You are so bang on about entrepeneurship and small business. I have been looking for a way to distribute my time in a way that is (a) more efficient (b) more rewarding (c) more productive (d) less stressful and (e) higher return on my investment. I'm going to start with one or two of your suggestions and build on them. I know you probably don't have time to help anyone else with their small business but I would really really love to hear your thoughts on how to delegate when you have only one member of staff and you can barely afford any more.
